Chapter 61, Article 8 NMSA 1978 may be cited as the "Podiatry Act".

ANNOTATIONS

The 1998 amendment, effective July 1, 1998, substituted "Chapter 61, Article 8 NMSA 1978" for "This act" at the beginning of the section.
